"Excellent location, near lots of restaurants and food options, conveniently located downtown between Gastown and Yaletown. Our corner room on the 10th floor had a great view, was comfortable and quiet, with blackout curtains and temp controlled AC.
Only 2 down sides, though not enough to drop stars:
-Check-in was prompt at 4pm, although the gentleman at the reception had previously told us to return around 1 or 2pm as our room was already ready but we would have to pay a fee to check in earlier, then when we returned at 3:20pm he said there were no rooms available.
-The two free water bottles were only provided the first night. Given the cheap cost of water bottles, it'd be nice if they were provided each night, at least if specifically requested (we asked the reception and they said they only supply for the first night)."
