"A lovely place to stay after a days cycling. We were greeted warmly and shown to the room. We were able to secure our bikes in the garage. Dinner was excellent and breakfast was fine with lots of choice. All in all, a very good nights stay."

"#1: Google Maps failed to get us to the property every time. This is not the fault of the owners, but it is something every visitor should know. #2: check-in time is 5:00. We arrived way too early, but we were lucky that our room was already clean and ready. Our host was very nice and accommodating. The rooms were very clean, but some people might be taken aback by the old building and furnishings. It is a 100 year old castle, so we kind of expected it. The bathrooms are new, and the tub is...

"This is a basic, budget hotel. It does exactly what is expected. The room was a good size. The beds were confortable and the bathroom perfectly functionable. It was a bit further out of town than expected, but walkable from the ferry terminaland bus station. There is a bus that goes straughts past tue door, but we made use of the hire scooters."
