Did a quick 1 night stop over. Would stay here again staff helpful and friendly. Plenty of entertainment on all day and a band on in the evening. Food was very good and breakfast as you would expect. Even the price was ok

Extremely low bed Bar closed 9.45 every night Food and service good in public bar not much in village pubs all closed early on the Monday night 10.15 last pint at the only open pub

Great hotel!

We always come back to stay here, we always feel very welcome, the food is great, the bar entertainment is great, the staff are lovely, we wouldnt contemplate staying anywhere else

The staff were amazing we were on a motorbike trip and they accommodated storage of our bikes, drying our very wet gear, food was brilliant for both dinner and breakfast, only downside was some very drunk, very loud locals coming into the bar/restaurant and shouting and swearing and generally being a nuisance and disruptive. Other than this one thing a brilliant hotel and great stay

Royal Station Hotel

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Full of Victorian charm. It has been renovated to a high standard but its kept all its victorian features. Staff are brilliant and made our stay very enjoyable and memorable. Highly recommended
