The property itself is very tired/outdated and there were lots of issues that were not straight forward. For example, the Vrbo listing does not mention about having to pay extra for bed sheets / towels but the owner tried to get us to pay for this. "We all loved the place very much, the house, the pool and all. A lot of nice places to sit, play a game, or just enjoy the moment. Table tennis, swing a rope... Very nice trees and nature. Close to the nice village of Cavalaire. Nice walk to the beach (beautiful, busy in summer). The only thing we missed a bit was airco in the downstairs bedroom (the weeks it was more than 30 degrees). We can’t wait to come back."

"We were a group of 3 families who have been holidaying together for years. We found the house to be comfortably furnished throughout and the intended addition of airconditioning will be a great bonus. The smaller sofa bed room especially would benefit from this and the rooms closest to the road as there is quite a bit of traffic noise with the windows open.
