I can't understand how the cleaning staff missed it and allowed it to remain on the bed as it was clearly visible when we walked into the room. We brought the pillow to the front desk, they apologized, said a clean pillow would be brought to the room. It never arrived. Otherwise, excellent bar and dining area, well appointed room, on time shuttle. "
