Charming first floor, 2-bedroom condo with ocean views and plenty of space!

This beautiful and stylish condo in Carolina Beach offers a cozy retreat for guests. With 2 bedrooms featuring a king bed and a full bed, along with 2 bathrooms equipped with a bathtub and walk in shower, this fabulous property ensures a comfortable stay. The living room with a full sized sofa bed provides additional space for relaxation.
Two spacious balconies offer the perfect spot to sip a glass of wine and enjoy a gorgeous ocean sunset! There is a beach access which is just a 4 minute walk away at the pier, where you can sun bathe, fish, drink at the Low Tide Tiki Bar, or eat at High Tide Lounge! There is also a shared pool.
Whether you're looking to unwind after a day at the beach or explore the local attractions, this cozy condo is the perfect home base for your trip. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.
We are per friendly and welcome up to two well behaved dogs under 50lbs (others considered upon request) ! The pet fee is $100

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
No need to stop the beds. Place dirty towels, wash clothes and dish clothes in bathtub.
Place all trash in one bag in the kitchen trash can (remove from bathrooms). Please take and excess out to the dumpster.
Turn AC to 72 in the summer and spring and 65 in the Fall and Winter
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

weekend get away

we had a lovely time at this condo. the living area had a nice view of the ocean, we were less then 1/2 a block from beach access, and easy walking distance to carolina pier. we would definitely consider this place again!
