Come relax in the ideal location, with a breathtaking sunset view over the ICW! Recently renovated, clean and comfortable 3BR/2BA condo located in the private gated community of Spinnaker Point, Carolina Beach. This property is located in the north end of CB which is a peaceful and family friendly area. Enjoy the private beach access, pool, hot tub, pickle ball, kayak launch, and grilling area. Beach access is next to Freeman park for your pups, drive on beach access, etc...! We provide everything you need to enjoy your stay including towels, linens, home necessities. Lovely Stay!

We had the best week at Pearl on the Point. The beds were comfortable, the house was well stocked, and the location was quiet and beautiful. Having access to a private beach was also great because it never got too crowded.

Great Spot

Overall this was a very solid stay. Housed all 5 people. Very close to the beach with plenty of parking. We would stay here again.
