This was a nice place to stay for our family visit to the Wilmington area. We wanted to stay near the water and that’s exactly what we got. The bed was super comfortable and the view was lovely. It is a close walk to the beach and there is a pool. I actually wish we got to spend a bit more time there!

We stayed at this property during the recent Hurricane Debby. There was a great balcony that overlooked the pool & Bay Area. It allowed us to be outside during some of the store which was a great bonus.

We stayed 9/2 - 9/9 and were very happy with the condo. The neighbors were all very friendly, even suggested places to have dinner. Barry, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. First, Barry was an extremely accommodating host, and really quick to respond with any questions. His location is perfect as it provided a view of a marina area while only being a block or two from the beach. It was so tastefully decorated and we will definitely come back.

I took my sister to stay two nights for her birthday. The place was well kept, clean, decorated nicely and comfortable. Communication was great with the host. We LOVED the pool and the view from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again.
