Oceanfront, Saltwater Pool - Seaside Bliss Condo in Carolina Beach

**We have done a few updates this spring, 2024 and are excited to share them with you! Included but not limited to blackout curtains in each room to help with a good nights sleep, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, and all new towels and bed linens. ** The saltwater pool will officially open on April 26, 2024 for the season.

Welcome to our beautiful, oceanfront condo in the heart of Carolina Beach. Wake up to the sound of the waves and enjoy breathtaking dune views from your private balcony. Take a dip in the saltwater pool or rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day in the sun. This prime location is just steps away from the beach and a short walk to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. It has held very special memories for us and our friends, and we hope that you will make lifelong memories here too!

The unit features 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, making it perfect for small groups/families or couples.

The Primary Bedroom has a Queen bed, private half-bath, and offers private access to the oceanfront* deck.

The 2nd bedroom offers a full bed and twin bed. The living room sofa converts to a Queen-sized bed. New Samsung Smart TV with app hub to stream Netflix, HBO Max, Hulu, and much more.

The spacious living room opens onto a balcony perfect for coffee and cocktails while enjoying the sounds of the crashing waves! Step outside the front door and enjoy the beautiful, private saltwater swimming pool.

A Place at the Beach includes smart tv, WI-FI, cable, 1 private/reserved parking space (one designated and one guest pass), a saltwater swimming pool, outside shower, and a charcoal grill and picnic tables only steps away in the complex common area. Seahorse public beach access.

This condo can serve a variety of needs and has a few primary house rules:
- No Pets Allowed
- No parties allowed
- No smoking, vaping, candles or incense inside the unit.

*View from first floor condo is primarily of the dunes. This condo is oceanfront but not oceanview.

First Ocean Vacation
This was my children's first vacation to the ocean. From the moment we walked in, all 3 of my kids were floored at how nice this condo was. My oldest (9) loved all of the beachy decor, and loved the ease in access to both beach and the pool. My middle (7) loved the board games provided and my youngest (4) loved it all. My boyfriend and I were relieved and excited that this listing was exactly as posted. It was quaint, in a great location, and provided everything we needed. Our only downfall was the laundry room. Only 1 of 3 washers were in working order for the whole complex, and only 2/4 dryers worked. We knew it was at no fault to Sarah, but she went above and beyond to refund us the few dollars we lost trying to do laundry in said broken machines. With that being said, we managed to get our laundry done within reasonable time, and at no inconvenience to our overall trip. The beach access we had, was shared with public. But despite that, we never found the beach to be crowded, or even busy for that matter. 4 days, and always were able to walk right out and set up without ever being right next to anyone. The pool is a newly renovated salt-water pool. my kids LOVED it. Shallow end was 3ft, deep end at 8 ft. The pool was never crowded either. We did manage to sit out there with maybe 1-2 families at a time, but there was never a concern for space or privacy. 10/10 Recommend.

We loved this condo! It was right on the beach which made it easy to walk back and forth. I stayed with my two children and the location was so convenient. Condo unit was cute and clean. The pool was clean and all the neighbors in nearby units were so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend for families with young children!

Darling apartment and excellent location.
This properly was as lovely as pictured. Neat as a pin. Sweetly decorated. Properly maintained and clean. The reserved parking spot was near the beach entrance and so it was easy to rinse our beach chairs and store them in the car. The pool was spotless and the other guests were nice couples and families. It made for a very comfortable, safe and relaxing environment for my daughter and me.

Had a lovely short stay in this condo. Has everything needed for a beach vacation. Checked in a little late due to extra cleaning needed, (condo was very clean!) but host allowed us to check out late to make up for the inconvenience.

Wonderful Place to Stay
The place was exactly how it was described. It was beautiful and had all the comforts of home. The host was quick in responding and very helpful. It was our first time visiting Carolina Beach and it definitely did not disappoint. I love that the beach was right there. It was very relaxing and beautiful and not overcrowded. My daughter was fortunate enough to find a sharks tooth the first night exploring. The location was perfect from beach shops and restaurants. We will definitely be booking here again.

Great Stay!!
As described and more. Steps from the beach and walking distance to the boardwalk. The family and I had a great long weekend with fireworks and great food. Extremely quiet and the pool was perfect after being on the beach all day. Bring a 4-wheel drive and take it out on Fort Fisher. You won’t regret it.

Apartment was clean, well put together, and well stocked. The beach was very close! We loved hearing the waves from the apartment and seeing the coneflowers bloom on the dunes. It was a great location…very short walk to the beach. Enjoyed the pool, which was very clean. The condo itself was clean as well and decorated cute. We did have to put sheets on the beds, but they were provided. Overall, a super easy process from check-in to check-out.

The perfect getaway
This little property is just precious. It is so private. The beach is just steps away and the pool is right outside your door. The condo is the cleanest place we have ever stayed. The kitchen had everything we needed, and more. I did miss having laundry in our condo, but there is a coin operated laundry room right down the hall. We'll definitely return! Thank you for allowing partial week stays!

Perfect First Floor w/ Easy Beach Access
This property was perfect! We had my 80-year-old mother-in-law with us who can’t climb a lot of stairs and finding a location can be challenging at time. The first floor access was just as described. Our kids loved the easy access to the beach and when we needed a break from the beach, the pool kept the kids entertained. Nights were perfect sitting on the porch and listening to the waves. We will definitely be return guests.
