Enjoy this new beach front condo with gorgeous views of the ocean. Just 4 short blocks from Carolina Beach Boardwalk and directly across the street from Lake Park. The large ocean front patio is great for enjoying the sunrise with a cup of coffee, enjoying a relaxing afternoon nap or an evening cocktail.

The open floor plan features everything you would need at your home away from home. Fully furnished and well stocked kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances, dishes, silverware, pots/pans, toaster and coffee maker. Just outside the kitchen you have a new full size LG washer and dryer set.

We have put careful thought in making sure you have everything you need to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. This condo is also positioned just steps away from the private beach access, no long walks to and from your spot in the sand!

Condo features keyless entry and beach storage stocked with chairs and umbrellas.

The living room features a new 55" Samsung Smart TV along with ocean views through the large sliding glass doors. There is plenty of seating as the living room features a matching love seat/sleeper sofa set.

The king master bedroom features a new king bedroom set and has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The king bedroom also has large sliders with an ocean view. If you are looking for a relaxing night, the bedroom also includes a 32" Roku TV.

The guest bedroom features a twin bunk bed set and a queen bed. This room also has a 32" Roku TV. The guest room is connected to the other bathroom which has a shower/tub combo.

This newly constructed condo is located in the heart of Carolina Beach and is in walking distance to the Carolina Beach boardwalk. Carolina Beach Lake Park is just steps away from the complex and features many summer activities such as Paddle Boats, the Saturday Farmer's Market and Sunday Family Movie night.

Fantastic family getaway weekend!

We had such an amazing and easy time during our stay! The condo was immaculate and really was a “no worries” place. I loved the family friendly setup and my kids were so excited about the small extras like the bag of blocks we found in a drawer. Very comfortable and clean, we hope to come back in the future!

Beautiful Condo, Perfect Location!

The condo was perfect for our family of 5! It is beautifully decorated with all the amenities you might need. The location is perfect! Right on the beach and a quick walk to all the fun and food that the Carolina Beach boardwalk area has to offer. We hope to return again soon!!

Location for relaxation

The location was great you could walk to a lot of local restaurants and shops and boardwalk. It was quite and had a decent view but the dunes do block some of the ocean view but overall a nice place and would stay again.

Great condo and great location!

The property was very clean and the owners were very responsive and informative. We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach and to local restaurants and attractions. It made walking everywhere very easy and enjoyable. Would recommend to anyone, especially those with a family!

Overall a great experience

This was a very relaxing getaway with our teenage daughters. It was nice to have the boardwalk in such close proximity so they could have a bit of independence. The condo was very well appointed and comfortable. We avoided leaving as the parking availability was very slim! Luckily, there were plenty of walkable choices for dining out. It was a bit noisy when our upstairs neighbors were active, but overall the stay was wonderful.

Beautiful ocean-front location!

This beach front condo is so nice! We loved being right on the ocean. The condo is very clean and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed! Matt & Clarissa were excellent at responding to questions and check-in/check out was very simple and easy. We can't wait to visit again!

Family Vacation at Carolina Beach

This was our first visit to Carolina Beach NC and we were so blessed to find this gem of a location. Walking distance to everything. This condo is beautiful and very well equipped. We would definitely recommend condo for anyone looking to stay beach front and near restaurants and bars and activities. We rarely needed our vehicle. The hosts are the best as well. They gave us a lot of recommendations since this was a first time visit to this beach. Five Stars.

It Felt Like Home

This was the first time my parents have been to the Atlantic and they ended up loving it - mostly because of how wonderful this property is. It was so clean and comfortable, it felt like home away from home! The location was extremely convenient so we were able to walk everywhere. The pool was an awesome bonus that my kids enjoyed, too! I don't think there is anything I would change about this property. We hope to stay there again next time!

Great please and location. Easy access and communication with owners. There is a pretty strong mildew smell that never dissipated, but other than that the place was really cute and they've done a lot with a small space. It is hard to really see view with dunes built up so high, but beautiful over on the beach with plenty of space even during high tide.

Wonderful Girl's Trip!

Our group of four ladies had a wonderful time in your condo! Even though we got only 1 hour of beach time in three days (thanks to hurricane Sally!) our fun time could not be dampened. The condo is very nicely furnished and decorated, very clean, with comfortable chairs and beds. It's in a great area.. an easy few block walk to the boardwalk with shops and restaurants. Since we couldn't enjoy the beach, we toured downtown Wilmington and the historic Bellamy mansion. Would love to come back another time when the weather is better!

Memorable family vacation

Beautiful property on a pristine beach. We didn't use our car all week! This really is the perfect location for everything a family could want to do. The park was accross the street, and we were able to easily enjoy many nights of free family entertainment and activities. Our kids loved "Butts and Such" restaurant and buying ice crean and treats at "the Veggie Wagon". They made friends on the beach all week and slept so great in the bunk beds. The condo was well stocked beyond what we expected, and the attention to the little things made our trip so easy and comfortable. The highlight of the week was watching fireworks on the beach right in front of the condo. Seeing our children dance in the sand with their new friends, with fireworks overhead, is a priceless memory we will never forget! For anyone considering this rental, we highly recommended it!

Great unit, especially for family with young kids

My wife and I stayed in this unit with our 3 kids aged 7 and under in March 2023. We loved our stay. The unit was well-decorated and had a great view of the ocean. The patio was spacious and well-furnished with Adirondack chairs and tall captain's chairs. The unit had books and toys for kids. Beach toys and chairs were also available in the storage. The location is great. It's across from a lake and close to the boardwalk. The only negative thing we experienced was the checkout process. There were a lot of steps for us to do, which was hard to do before 10a on the morning of with kids. Especially washing and drying the towels which we had to use until the very last minute. We ask the owners to ease up on the checkout instructions.

Almost a five star!!!

This is a beautiful condo, exactly like the pictures! The only problem was there was a smell when we got there. Matt was very responsive when I texted him to tell him we needed to air it out. Fine if we had the windows open with the breeze, but if it was closed up for any period of time the smell came back. We were at the beautiful beach most of the time so it really didn’t bother us that much. Otherwise, wonderful choice!!! Beach couldn’t be closer and the hosts have stocked the kitchen with everything you could need for cooking. Close to restaurants and we walked mostly everywhere. Second floor guest were extremely noisy, but that’s no one’s fault. Would highly recommend, you won’t be sorry !!!

Truly it!

This listing was not lying when it said “this is it!” This is the best place we’ve ever stayed at Carolina Beach. The unit is decorated beautifully! It has all the comforts of home; they’ve thought of everything! There were plenty of cooking utensils if you wanted to cook, although we ordered in a lot and took advantage of sitting in the lovely Adirondack chairs and listening to the waves while we ate. We have a 3 year old and I loved that there were toys and books already there for her to play with, as well as kids utensils and nightlights. They even had a sound machine but we had brought our own, since our daughter can’t sleep without hers. They also had a wonderful supply of beach chairs and a wagon! It was so nice that we didn’t have to worry about renting chairs or buying our own while we were there. We had a small issue with something breaking during our stay but the owners addressed the issue the same day. They communicated well throughout the entire process - after booking, the day we left, and when we had any issues.

Should be five stars, except just be aware...

The place itself is fantastic. Great location. Clean, comfortable home with everything you'll need for your stay. The view from the porch is awesome and there's even a tiny 3-foot-deep pool on property. We had a really great time during our stay. But, please be aware that the parking is three deep under the building and you must keep your number on the dashboard and be ready to move your car if anyone you parked in needs to move. My sister had to run from the beach to let someone out. Not the biggest deal, but if you don't like being parked in or interrupted, perhaps find a different place. Also, you are required to pay a security deposit or buy insurance and although the place is called "No Worries", you'll get a very long email before your stay with a lot of information and lots of things you need to do before you leave. It is the opposite of "no worries". You must wash all of the towels AND put them in the dryer, for example, as well as take out trash, start a load of linens, clean up. In my opinion, the amount they're asking guests to clean is too much. Happy to put a load in the washing machine before be leave, but basically starting two loads is something the cleaning crew needs to work out.

Location was great, property was very nice. Had a few issues.

The property was nice. Great location. Owners were very attentive to our needs. Parking is bad. You are constantly worrying about being blocked in, blocking someone else in or getting towed. This is a poor set up. I would recommend what the other building across the street are doing. They label each 2 spots for each unit so that there is no confusion or worry as to where you are to park. We were meeting other people there and were told there were 5 adult beach chairs there and there were only 2 adult beach chairs, so we had to go out and purchased one. We left it there for the next guest. Owners did offer to pay for them. If we had know that there were only 2, we would have brought our own. Also, there is no closet in the main bedroom. I would also have a talk with your cleaning people as there were left over clothes in the dresser and food in the cabinets.
