"We had an ocean front balcony room that was very nice. It was in very good condition with a small kitchenette. The bathroom was roomy and nice. Front desk was so friendly and helpful very accommodating. We also went to the Tiki bar and restaurant. The food was very good. Over all we had a wonderful stay."

"Great location, only a few blocks from the boardwalk and right on the seashore. Close to restaurants, shopping, and the marina. The hotel is automated with no staff on site. You are notified by email with a code to enter your room. There is a phone number to call if you need something, but no daily room service. The front doors to the room were dirty, along with the white plastic rocking chairs on the balcony. Cleanliness is 3 stars, but with an additional 30 minutes of cleaning could bring it to 4 or 5 stars. Don't get me wrong, overall it was a good experience for someone looking for a quieter experience. Parking was convenient. We walked everywhere."

"Great location and very cute room! I wish there was somewhere on the property for me to put my luggage since the early check-in fee was outrageous, but, other than that, I had a great stay! I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to stay near the boardwalk."

"This was just a terrible experience - an an expensive one. First, there was no parking since it was Saturday night line dancing next door and all parking spots were taken. Then, there were no key cards for the rooms - they "ran out." The door was opened manually by the receptionist who promised to bring one "later" which never happened - no apology, no offer for any discount, nothing. We couldn't leave the room until vacating the room the next morning - the earliest possible. The room itself: a dirty, stained armchair. Sheets: worn out polyester, with holes (took pictures.) No curtains, only plastic blinds which let light through all night. Loud music - and I mean very loud - from next door until after 10 pm, and after that no better as the air conditioner was super loud, obviously very old and not working properly. There was not a single space in the room to hang clothes or jackets - not a hook, not a hanger. Basic, worn out, dirty looking, worse than roadside motel. Stay away!"
