The minute you walked into this hotel, it’s as if you walked into the Swiss alps. All wooden fixtures, paneling, and decor. They have great, comfortable sized rooms. Clean rooms, and staff is very friendly. They give free bus passes for your whole trip, they offer discounts at the restaurant, and it is a must to go there! I stayed here for work and enjoyed it so much that I made a reservation here when my family joined me. The staff was very helpful including with assistance buying online soccer tickets in Zurich. This is an older property but we were very comfortable and enjoyed Le Bistro restaurant. Most importantly the location truly couldn’t be beat! The free 15 tram made getting around so easy. The hotel is an easy walk to Lake Geneva and the old city.
