"This house and everything inside was like brand new and spotless. It was perfect for our family of four and dog. The price was great, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and the owners communication was superb. We had so much fun in the beach and saw lots of horses. I highly recommend this place!"

"This house was absolutely perfect for our family of 10 and left us wanting for nothing. From the short walk to the gorgeous beach, multiple decks from which to enjoy the view (including sunrises!), including a lovely screened-in porch with cozy seating, comfortable beds in the spacious bedrooms, wonderful pool and hot tub and well-stocked kitchen, we wanted for nothing during our stay. We found every kind of cookware and pans that we could have needed which is a big deal for a family that likes to cook like we do. We saw the horses daily on the beach, the walk to the beach and hanging out near the house. Michelle was readily available and responsive and a terrific host. A few insights to share - one, while we we were able to navigate the dune in our Subarus (Ascent and Outback), if you have the option to get there in a vehicle with higher clearance I would definitely suggest going that route. We were fortunate not to get stuck (experience driving in unplowed snow helped!) but all of the vehicles we did see requiring a tow were similar to ours. Two, the dune drive makes getting to and from town a bit of an undertaking so stock up on all of your groceries on the way if you can (truthfully, we didn't want to leave anyways!). Also, be forewarned that the traffic can be no joke. Three, make sure you plan to get up early at least a couple of mornings to watch the sunrise - it is WELL worth it! Finally, do not hesitate to book this property - you will not regret it!"

"A wonderful property in a great location. It is close to the beach and the canals. It has views of the Sound and the beach from the rooftop deck. A really comfortable and well-kept home with panoramic views of the area. We watched the horses and foals from the decks on several days during our stay. "

"What a cozy, rustic and charming place for a romantic getaway in one of the most untouched pristine beaches on the east coast. The hosts were very attentive to prepare you for your trip. You had the canal and kayaks ready for touring. I loved the decour and there were plenty of snacks in your care package. When you are going make sure you rent a real 4X4. This is all natural beach access. Your city suv will get stuck. There are plenty of jeep rental places available. Enjoy the adventure!"

"Have stayed in several places in Carova, this is one of our favorites. The house was very clean and had ample space and amenities. Communication from the owner was great. Plenty of privacy and is on the south side of Carova, so it's closer to the 4x4 access. Would stay here again."
