Set back from a quiet road, behind a private gate and along its own private road, it is less than 30 minutes' drive from the modern Brindisi airport, and an hour from Bari.
Although the villa is believed to date back to the 1930s, it has recently been completely refurbished, creating a wonderfully versatile, spacious, modern and stylish property.
With four double bedrooms and two shower rooms, air conditioning throughout, it can comfortably accommodate up to eight adults. In addition to the modern, well-built and well-appointed kitchen, it also has a large lounge which opens directly onto the 40 foot terrace overlooking the pool and barbecue -

For the more active and working with local people, horse riding can be organized on site and further afield, again payable locally.
Villa Ulivo is located just 3 kilometers from an area known as Torre Guaceto and its location in a nature reserve makes it one of the best beaches in Puglia. The cities of Carovigno and Ostuni are easily reachable and are renowned for their culinary excellence.
