The host was very friendly and accommodating . It is a cabin by the Lake…it is a little rustic…but the views make up for it all. I wish I had booked more time there.

The hotel served our needs. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We did not go to breakfast. The staff is not the friendliest. Overall, we would stay here again. It is close proximity to town and the ferry.

The cabin is at the end of a beautiful treelined driveway. The driveway could use a little leveling or gravel in a place or two but not too treacherous. The cabin is great. Furniture was ckmfy. We couldn't locate a remote for the tv so had to get up to turn on, adjust volume or change channels. Roku ...

Close enough to Mackinaw City to be convenient, but far enough away that you feel quite secluded. Carp Lake, even in the heart of summer, is not a very busy place. Recommended.
