"What a marvelous bed and breakfast. The apartment was spacious and comfortably fit our family of 5. The views and amenities were superb. We really liked walking throughout the property and exploring the hillside. It was a very peaceful and relaxing space which we enjoyed immensely. Our hosts were fantastic. "Wir waren eine Woche dort und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und hat viel Platz, toll sind die vielen Balkone. Die Terrasse ist überdacht, so kann man auch bei schlechtem Wetter draußen sitzen, es ist auch ein kleiner sehr schön gepflegter und bepflanzter Garten dabei. Alles war sehr sauber! Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und betreut. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Einzig anzumerken ist, dass die Küche etwas begrenzt ausgestattet ist und die Wohnung sehr hellhörig...

Dazu gibt es einen großzügigen (gemeinsamen) Pool mit ausreichend Liegestühlen. Auch in der Wohnung ist alles gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird (ob in Küche oder Bad,…). Der Gastgeber hatte darüberhinaus auch noch einige Getränke im Kühlschrank bereitgestellt. "Die Anlage ist wirklich schön. Die Wohnung stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlage und vor allem der riesige Pool sind toll. In nahen Umgebung gibt es viele Weingüter. Direkt am Gatdasee (15min mit dem Auto) ist es absolut traumhaft. Nur haben uns die Nächte den Urlaub etwas vermiest. Gegenüber kräht der Hahn ab Sonnenaufgang (5:30 Uhr). Kurz danach ist die Straße direkt neben dem Haus gut befahren und sehr laut. Daher konnten wir keine Nacht ausschlafen."

Hotel Boffenigo The Golden Hour

8/10 Good

"We enjoyed our stay here! The hotel is a little dated, but the staff were wonderful. Really enjoyed the refreshments offered upon arrival, the pool and spa, and terrace bar for an apertivo. We mentioned it was my son’s birthday, and the housekeeping staff left candies and a birthday balloon in our room—so sweet! Great breakfast buffet and decent dinner in the hotel restaurant. Plus, the view from the terrace is amazing!"

"Good location and friendly staff, especially Andrea on the bar. Breakfast was good quality and good variety. Pool is good. Room and bathroom had been refurbished. Beds were on the firmer side. Great location, with beaches and bars within 5 to 10 mins walk. Supermarket and Pharmacy similar distance. Bus to Sirmione Historical Centre was convenient. Though, the schedule did not prove the most reliable. Parking worked reasonably well, the underground car park is tight for large vehicles. We always managed to park on or, near the property. Our in room safe broke, 3 days into a 7 day stay. Staff tried to help, but couldn't fix. In room fridge didn't work, which would have been helpful for cold water. We really enjoyed our stay and would consider returning to this hotel."

"Really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean but don’t leave any sugar drinks or food out! We did have ants but it’s expected on a property close to the water/mountains. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was fresh and had plenty of options. The coffee and croissants were fantastic! Also bikes were free and paddle boards were 10$ which we took advantage of and were a nice touch for our stay. The hotel isn’t walking distance to much but the bus/trolly stop was right outside the door so very convenient. For the price of our stay and different amenities this hotel hit the mark!"
