Private: property 500 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 30.Oct.) with alarm system. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: air conditioning, heating to be paid on the spot (01.Nov. - 30.Apr.). Parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop "Carpentras Mont VENTOUX1" 3 km. Nearby attractions: Mont Ventoux, Avignon, Orange 25 km. Please note: not suitable for small children. The house has a separate access.

Ruhige Unterkunft am Stadtrand

Inmitten eines gepflegten Gartens lädt dieses kleine geschmackvoll eingerichtete Häuschen zum Ausspannen und Erholen ein. Die freundlichen und nebenan wohnenden Eigentümer sind jederzeit ansprechbar und kümmern sich um alles. Die Unterkunft und auch der Pool waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das abgeschlossene Gelände bietet außerdem einen schattigen Stellplatz für das Auto. Im Garten gibt es mehrere Sitzplätze, sodass sich auch immer ein Platz im Schatten oder in der Sonne finden lässt.

Wir haben eine wunderbare Ferienwoche in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Vermieter wohnen auf dem direkt angrenzenden Grundstück und sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, halten sich aber ansonsten dezent im Hintergrund. Der schöne Pool wird vom Vermieter täglich gereinigt. Regelmäßig schauen die Hühner und Katzen im Garten vorbei. Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen, daher ist der Supermarkt und die Bäckerei nur mit dem Auto (oder dem Fahrrad) erreichbar. WLAN funktioniert nur sporadisch.

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli par Viviane et Alban. Ils nous ont communiqué de nombreux renseignements pratiques pour le bon déroulement de notre séjour et ont été bienveillants tout au long de la semaine, nous faisant découvrir la région, les vignobles et les petits villages alentours à vélo. La propriété bien entretenue est située dans un endroit calme, elle reste proche des principaux commerces de Carpentras. Nous recommandons cet endroit à toute personne aimant la nature.

Tranquil and relaxing

A delightful property overlooking a pool in a beautiful garden setting. Sadly the pool was too cold for us to use it but we enjoyed sitting by it. Hosts were very helpful despite the lack of English/French we managed to communicate as necessary. The little touches like giving us grapes and tomatoes from their garden were much appreciated and a local map with places of interest highlighted was very useful. You do need a car to stay here but local amenities like supermarket are not far away. Very comfortable bed! Be prepared for visits from Black Cat!

Située à l’ecart de la ville, au calme d’un chemin, la maison est telle que decrite dans l’annonce. Piece de vie tres pratique, grande chambre, petit jardin arboré et fleuri, piscine superbe tout est tres bien entretenu par les propriétaires. Ceux-ci sont des gens charmants, presents quand il le faut, toujours prets à donner des conseils avisés sur les visites à faire aux alentours, tout en restant discrets. Bref, un sejour idyllique au pied du Mont Ventoux

Très bonne semaine de vacances avec mon fils malgré la pluie... très belle région à découvrir !!

Nous avons passé des bonnes vacances au près de propriétaires très sympathique, avec jolie villa bien entretenue ! Au plaisir de revenir pour profiter de la piscine à la prochaine fois, j’espère en tout cas. Merci encore à vous deux et à bientôt !!
