Just a 50-meter walk from an organic food store, supermarket, pharmacy, spa, etc. You can get to the town center in 5 minutes on foot. The via venaissia, a well-marked and secure bike route, is just 1 km away. The route offers superb views of the vineyards and, in the distance, the cliffs of the Dentelles de Montmirail and Mont Ventoux. Carpentras is close to beautiful villages such as l'Isle sur la Sorgue, Fontaine de Vaucluse, Pernes-les-Fontaines, Bédoin, Châteauneuf du Pape, etc. ... 5 min by car to Parc Spirou, Splashworld, 3 lakes nearby, also the Toulourenc river!
