"We had a wonderful stay at this charming beach cottage in Carpinteria. Our family trip was made even more special for my 89 year old father-in-law, who grew up just down the road on Third and Elm, he loved returning to his hometown and sharing memories with us. The house was well-stocked with everything you could need for a relaxing beach vacation, and we especially enjoyed the cozy front patio, perfect for sipping morning coffee. We felt right at home and would love to come back and visit again...

"This was the perfect place for me and my little dog. We were here for about 2 months and my daughter, husband, and a friend came to visit during small parts of that time. Easy to check in and the owners were available when I had questions. The house had everything I needed and a lovely private back yard where I was able to enjoy the sun. So close to all the beauty that is Carpinteria beach and bluffs. 10/10 would stay here again! "

"This was a last minute decision to visit Carp and celebrate Thanksgiving. We needed a couple accommodations with our puppies and Kathy was very understanding and allowed us to bring them. We loved the proximity to beach and shopping. Parking was excellent. "
