"Good guesthouse near train station, ideal for setting a trip to Cinqueterre having La Spezia as a base. The owner is very welcomed person, gives a lot of suggestions for the trip. The room is spacious, although missing surfaces for leaving luggage, also miss a bigger table for having a breakfast, the existing table is small. Anyway there are a lot of coffee shops and restaurants nearby."

"The manager was very helpful in helping me upon arrival. It is best to arrive to town by train or bus as moving and parking a car is complicated. The place has a wonderful balcony very tastefully designed "

"The owner and his partner were nice and helpful. He was there for us when we arrived late for check-in. We arrived after dark so the area was a little dark as we walked to our hotel, but it was safe overall in daylight. Was 8 minute walk to the train station, walkable to the boat dock (though hilly coming back!) and to the town square with shopping and meal options. A pleasant place to stay when exploring Cinque Terre!"

"We had a great stay in La Spezia. This apartment was a 2 minute walk to the train station which made going around the Cinque Terra very easy. Check-in was easy to understand and we arrived to a very clean and new apartment. It is across the street from the main town center which we loved because it was convenient to walk to but not too loud outside with the restaurants and pedestrians. We would recommend staying here!"

"The apt was ok - other than emails it was difficult to contact the management. Had no issues but the area around was noisy with. Lot of stragglers on the street outside the building and late into the night."

"It was a last-minute decision to spend a night in Cornelia. This is the town which is UP a big road/hill to get there but if you are patient you get a shuttle to the top then drag your bag up the road to the Bar to check in. The rest is HEAVEN!"
