Excellent family run hotel with great charm. Lovely room, lovely order style complimentary breakfast, lovely people. Only downside is slow WiFi which shouldn’t happen all that often.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - what a gorgeous property, excellent and clean rooms, great shower, the bar and restaurant serves delicious food and drinks, all of the staff are so helpful, and the breakfast was the best I had in Europe! We will be back.

This property had many useful amenities on site including a restaurant with excellent food, a bar and a spa. It is very clean, quiet and secluded but close enough to town for any activities you may want to explore. The staff was friendly and helpful with your needs. We sincerely enjoyed our stay. Gabriella and Fausto are amazing hosts. He is a gentleman and was very helpful in every aspect of our stay. Air conditioning in the room breakfast was available for us in our room 24/7. Coffee machine available all the time. Bathroom was excellent. Local amenities, shops and restaurants and bars a plenty. It is a village so don't expect the nightclub nightlife! There are bars and restaurants that were amazing. It's relaxing place to be. Our only regret is that when planning our trip, we wished...

The rooms are somewhat unusual and different, with a "rustic" feel, but very well laid out, very clean and comfortable bed The breakfast was amazing for quality of food (all sourced locally), taste and presentation....one of the best I have had in a long time

Zero complaints and only praise for this hotel-- fantastic morning breakfast with wide variety of food, even some gluten free options. Room seemed brand new in its furnishings, very comfortable bed and linens. Quiet as well.

Outstanding property with very pleasant staff and very nice relaxing environment

The hotel owner and staff were fantastic. Very helpful and accommodating after a long day of travel and cancelled train. You don’t meet people like this often, we wish we were still there tonight! Dinner was terrific!

Relax Hotel Erica was a stellar choice for us. The staff was very welcoming and extremely helpful. Our room was delightful and comfortable. We actually chose to spend an extra night. Just loved it and Asiago!

When we checked in, we checked in with a women that seems to be the owner of the hotel/ restaurant. We were there for 3 days and this woman was working the entire time. She made our stay very enjoyable. If your looking for a relaxing and someone catering to your every need, this is the place to come. There is a bus that can take you there, but I was not able to figure that out the first day.

Fantastic semi-rural facility just outside of Vicenza, with gorgeously decorated and crystal clean rooms. Wonderfully serviced by the owners, who even bake your breakfast brioches. Highly recommended!
