"Wonderful stay at C Mauritius. The service at this hotel is unmatched. Definitely the best I’ve received at any hotel. Every single staff member goes out of their way to provide excellent service with a smile and warm greeting. The food was excellent and varied every day from breakfast to dinner. Fantastic vegetarian options . Great fruit selection at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Clean rooms. Beautiful grounds and a beautiful beach. Pedaloe, paddle boarding and kayaking included. The only improvement I could suggest is having at least one freshly squeezed fruit drink option included in all in inclusive or at least at one meal for guests who do not drink alcohol. Special mention to the below staff members who helped make the stay so lovely but there were definitely more but I didn’t get their names ! Thank you! - Queen gave us a fantastic welcome and was helpful throughout stay - Anastasia who always remembered my name - John, driver for south tour - Abhilesh who insisted on getting a special drink made for us as we didn’t drink alcohol - Sunil who was always so kind at dinner - Danny and deeya at the tours desk - Sharah from housekeeping was lovely - Phoebe was always so helpful - Raj was a true gentleman when taking care of our bags "

"The hotel looks really nice from the outside and the entrance and foyer convey a lovely ambiance. Checking in was a very relaxed affair. They made us feel very welcomed as we came in from the heat, by seating us on some comfortable chairs and serving a refreshing drink whilst completing all the formalities. Whilst waiting for the room to be readied, they gave a tour of the hotel and it was beautiful - very clean and fairly quiet and relaxed. The perfect getaway. Rooms are arranged in blocks and only have three floors or so. I didn't see any lifts, so that is a consideration for those with mobility issues and heavy luggage when checking out although you can ask for a porter. Rooms were enormous with huge comfortable beds, huge bathrooms and a lovely balcony. The food was plentiful and delicious, the beach was gorgeous and the staff were amazing. Having never stayed here before, I would not hesitate to book another stay."

"Exceptional all-adults boutique hotel located perfectly on the quiet, relaxing East coast of beautiful Mauritius island. I had the pleasure of enjoying 5 nights in the “Best on Beach” room category complete with outdoor terrace with sun bed and a separate balcony overlooking the majestic Indian Ocean. As a vegan, the chefs and culinary team curated delicious vegan meals that far exceeded my expectations. Every meal was flavorful, unique, healthy, and prepared with fresh, quality locally sourced ingredients. There is a garden on-site where many of the ingredients come from to create the amazing meals. The staff here is simply wonderful. Shout out to Disha, Vinesh, Rajiv, Devin, Naresh, Shib, Navin, Mayur, Rajritik, Hanshi, Krishna, Raju, Kenny, Sarah, and Isabelle. Their genuine warmth, hospitality, and kindness made my solo getaway a very special and memorable experience to cherish for a lifetime. "Absolutely beautiful jungle like lication of small property in the grounds of a stunning Chateau , that edges the Heritage golf course. The room was huge, with a comfortable bed and lush pillows. Bathroom lovely, huge shower. We took a walk around the grounds of the chateau, which was so swrene and beautiful. There was a member of staff from the hotel, who was making fishing rods from bamboo. He gave one to. Restaurant on site, mid range pricee and food. Staff lovely. Look out for the giant snails with the pretty shells and the frogs on the little paths at night! A magical place. Beautiful onsite pool too. Ample free parki g. We would stay again. Beautiful service and fab A/C in room too.me and zi caught a huge fish!. "

"We were treated like absolute royalty the whole time. Staff are so attentive and managers keen to make sure we were happy throughout the day. Nothing was too much trouble. Housekeeping was consistently high standard and Babita was always so friendly and accommodating. The food and drink offerings were amazing, with lots of different venues within the resort, each with their own unique characters. The Italian restaurant was my favourite. There were so many water sports available as well as other activities. The evening entertainment showed a variety of musical acts, with special event evenings as well that were brilliantly implemented. The spa is beautiful as well. Ambre represents excellent value for money with all the little extras that are included. We really hope to return! "
