The hotel is located at the summit of Monte Santa Luzia and offers a commanding view of the basilica standing just below it. The facility is great and servies are sufficient. The hotel manager went out of his way to help by driving home and bringing in his own WiFi converter for us to use, because the hotel equipment was waiting for repair on that day and there was no WiFi on the floor we stayed.

Everything was perfect

This was such an unexpected lovely place. It’s a wellness resort with a focus on cycling and water sports - kite surfing, kite boarding as well as yoga and spa services. The environment was a natural vibe and very comfortable. It was surrounded by trees and there was a nice path to the beach. It also had two pools. The staff was amazing- very helpful and all spoke multiple languages including English. The food was exquisite and even had options for my picky diet as well as options such as Açaí...

They were extremely kind and helpful. The room had a terrace which was nice. They are pet friendly.

Great location they had garage for our bike for the Camino. I would go back strongly recommend.

Nice hote, clean rooms, staff is nice. Breakfast was fine with fresh orange juice. It is 10 minutes walk to downtown.

Nice furniture and new, similar to an upscale Ibis. A few blocks from the train station on the main street, so easy to get to and to find. Complete quiet and down the street from the main plaza. Across the street from a modern and good cafe which the locals frequent. They have a small library about the area. A restaurant around the corner.

So exquisite...from the house, room, location, to the breakfast in the morning. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Loved it

He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. His kindness and exceptional customer service truly made our stay even better. It's people like him who make a hotel experience memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

it was a wonderful one-night stay in an historic building that has been perfectly upgraded while preserving its architectural identity. The breakfast was excellent and the hotel was centrally located near both the train station and the old town (a very quaint place). The parking in front of the hotel was for free, which is a definite plus. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Viana do Castelo.

Great value, within a 20 minute walk from the main train station, Rooms are large and clean, quiet, and with good sunlight. A very nice 2 night stay.

Comfortable room; nice private bathroom; comfortable air conditioning. Helpful, friendly staff. Cool property with chocolate museum attached; building was a former chocolate factory. Central location in safe area; convenient to shopping and dining. Safe street parking was available and convenient. Would stay there again.

Absolutely an amazing place and property. The landscaping the pools and the spa was fantastic. The room was fantastic and all the amenities were perfect. Would definitely return.
