The only thing I would want people to be aware of is that this home has multiple levels with some steep and open stairs which would be unsafe for small children or elderly people with arthritic knees. "You have to go to the city to pick up the keys, and to pay the 70 Euros for cleaning... it's 30 to 40 Euros one way by Uber.I had to pay for cleaning but the property wasn't very clean.The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was pretty good, but only two of the burners worked with the cook ware because the other two were for induction pots. There was a lot of paint drips and grout smudges. The house was a very beautiful and a comfortable stay otherwise."

"We stayed 16 friends at El Cotillo for a week this July, we were welcomed by Carlos who has been wonderful in helping us with everything we needed and being like a friend to us during our stay. "Highly recommended. Very clean and bright new apartment in the heart of the old town of Seville. It has everything you might need in the trip. The host is great and very client oriented. The only drawback is very poor Wifi signal, no streaming. Life hack for travelers by car or car renters: the overnight parking is nightmare, most of parking garages are full in the evening. We found an option to park for free in San Justa railway station which is 18 min by walk to the apartment or 5 euro ride by...

"The location could not have been more perfect. This property is located on a quiet street with only foot traffic. Its a very old tradtional style home and the history of the place is amazing. Its built to be cool in summer and in February we were able to heat it without trouble. Communication with host was excellent. "
