"I missed my connection flight, but I was lucky to find this hotel to spend the night. I called many hotels around Atlanta airport but this was the only one offering a 24/7 shuttle service to and from the airport (the other ones would stop at 11:30 pm and return at 5 am) and I arrived at the airport after midnight. Room and bathroom were clean; perfect for my short stay. Breakfast was great and I had a chance to spend a few hours in the lounge area after my check out and later on take the shuttle to return to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"The staff was very helpful and addressed my concerns right away. My TV wasn't working upon my arrival and a very nice gentleman had it working almost immediately. The front desk staff was kind enough to lend me a computer mouse for my laptop as I forgot mine. The only problem I encountered was during Saturday morning breakfast. It looked like there were only 1 or 2 staff trying to keep up with the breakfast rush. They were doing their best, but the orange juice was empty and the waffle mix and breakfast sausage both ran out and there were quite a few guests waiting in line for these items. But, again, they appeared to be doing their best. I think they were just understaffed. "

"Front desk could have been nicer, but she was more worried about her coworker's drama. Room was fairly clean, but could have used a deep clean. The paint in the bathroom was peeling. Halls smelled like marijuana. But I slept like a rock snd the burger restaurant in the hotel was amazing! 🔥 Don't pay for the breakfast. Its a rip off."
