Despite several promises to provide one it never arrived considering hire was for 25 days and loss of total source of vital entertainment . This should have been made clear to us before arriving. Not acceptable as important part of facility was not provided but full price was charged. "We had a wonderful two-night stay at this house in Calgary. A group of friends and I rented it, and we were all very impressed. The place was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was great, close to everything we wanted to see, and the host was incredibly nice and helpful. You can tell they take great care of the property. We truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"
