Nicely decorated hotel and Jacob and the lady, I didn't get the name of, in the bar/restaurant were very welcoming and friendly, a credit to the hotel.I'm 43 now so if I have got Jacobs name wrong please accept my apologies. "There was a room description error on Expedia's website, which the hotel staff were very quick to resolve at their own expense in a very professional manner. The staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and rooms were generously sized. Lovely breakfast. Would definitely stay again. "
