The beds were very comfortable, and the extra touches like a coffee/tea station and plenty of towels made a big difference. "Staff were all warm and welcoming, and the room was nice. The aircon in the room worked very well as did the shower in the bathroom, but the only downsides were the uncomfortable pillows and the lack of soundproofing in the rooms."
