"The hotel was nice nas clean and conveniently located 15 min from the uptown area. The only thing i would have loved is if they would have cleaned the room daily and brung us fresh towels without us asking "

"Our flight was canceled due to Hurricane Erin; hence, our family ended up at Doubletree. It was approximately 12 minutes from CLT. We were able to book three rooms for the same day. Upon check-in, we were greeted with a warm smile, the check-in process was smooth, and their famous chocolate chip cookies made it feel like home. Rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff friendly. Shuttle service back to CLT was bonus."
