"We stayed at the studio over the Christmas holidays. The space is warm and inviting and extremely convenient in terms of its central location within Charlotte and the uptown area. Although techincally a studio, there is enough division between the sleeping area and the living room for someone to nap comfortably away from others (as long as quiet is maintained in the main living space). We were also able to entertain a small number of friends on Christmas Eve without feeling cramped....

"Very clean, stylish property, great downtown location. Conveniently located to walking distance of the downtown area. Communication with the owner was wonderful! The only downside is the parking situation. We had 8 ppl & 4 vehicles. Parking across the street was convenient but a little pricey. Especially if you leave & come back. (And event parking kicks in) I would recommend the property for the location & very clean. "

"This was a fraudulent listing. Period as it was from Florida to North Carolina. This was interstate fraud. The listing said three bedroom townhouse. The unit was a two bedroom very small apartment. The listing also said on site parking there was no parkingI am requesting a full refund."

"Great place, me, my fiancé, mother and 4 year old felt very comfortable. It's in a great location and the hosts were always answering any questions immediately :)"

"Terrible. Construction was going on starting early in the morning and going on all day. We left early because of how uncomfortable we were. Asked for a partial refund and were ignored. Was recouping from cancer treatment andthe constant loud noise made it very difficult. We were not told ahead of time the whole complex was under construction.The building was cold and not very clean. Would definitely not recommend staying at this complex."
