I made a reservation, but I had to change the date. I was able to reach once the hotel, but I was never able to reach them again to finish the process of changing the date. So I had to book another hotel, and i was not refunded. The hotel seems nice, but my experience with client service and refund was very bad.

Outstanding service and comfort

The hotel has an excellent location and a premium service. The room was clean and the has a balcony where I can drink my cup of coffee with an awesome view of the tower church.

Staff is great,but the hotel needs alot of work,it a bit rundown and the room are very small,The AC i think it been there since they open lol,it was just ok. Breakfast was fine,very little to choose from,but they did make your eggs for you. The service staff was GREAT all of them,very nice

Enjoyable stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and were kind enough to upgrade our room. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was fabulous. The hotel is in a great location for walking around the historic centre of Cartagena.
