This is our stay at property for our yearly Cartagena Vacation. Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean and spacious. Hotel has direct access to the beach and the property is a short taxi drive to ciudad amurallada and Getsemani. If you want to relax at the beach or the excitement of the city. The reason I visit this beachfront hotel is to lounge and read on the hotel property as the public area you get harassed for massages, drinks, sunglasses, hats etc. Although security is right there, they do not intervene when it is obvious you’re being harassed and do not want the service.

The stay was so uncomfortable and the rooms were not equipped with good air conditioner and there was no provision of drinking water. The breakfast buffet was not included but I independently paid for it but it was not worth it.

Went here to relax and read near the beach. The green area was under repair. Lounges not permitted. Moved to the pool lounge to read. Music was too loud to read. Went back to the room. Kindly be respectful of noise pollution. Everyone has their own devices for entertainment, focus on clean spaces, maintained equipment etc.
