This is definitely a hidden gem in Cartagena! We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was super friendly and polite. Our room was clean and spacious. The air conditioning definitely kept our room chill specially with that Cartagena heat. It’s in a quieter area in the walled city so we got some really good sleep at night. Everything is within walkable distance from restaurants to shops to major attractions.

Very clean room, staff super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was not huge, however plenty, it was included in the room rate and plenty with fruit juice, fruit plate, eggs at your choice and toast, coffee and tea. The air conditioner worked great in the bedroom.

Staff were great, room was large and I liked the balcony. There are no toiletries but I had my own, so it wasn’t a problem. It was really fine for a couple of nights. Breakfast was ok, fruit, eggs, toast, coffee and juice.

Good hotel

This is a very beutiful hotel in a very good location in the old town. The room was on the smaller side and the bed was too hard for my liking but everything else was good! I could recommend this hotel.

Good hotel

Excellent location, very friendly staff, good service. Simple but great breakfast. Our only complaint was that the shower had very little water flow, we talked about that with the reception and they were going to check that.
