I give this hotel a poor rating because the customer service is very bad. I needed to switch my room because it was very hot in the room they placed me in. The ceiling fan in the room only circulated the hot air around the room.The staff told me if I wanted to switch rooms, I would have to pay for an additional room and there is nothing they can do about it. It’s very disappointing how they lack accommodating their guests., They could have told us that the room gets very hot at night before putting us in the room. I will not recommend people to stay here if visiting Manga or Cartagena. This is not the ideal hotel you should stay if your looking to be comfortable., Also, the cable on the tv did not work or there probably wasn’t any cable.

De una estancia de 9 días nos quedamos 1. Teníamos 2 habitaciones una de ellas el baño tenía las tuberías que perdían agua todo el día. Además quisimos darnos una ducha y usar el baño por las noches y resulta que cortan el agua, así que NO PUEDES ni tirar de la cadena del WC . En recepción nos dijeron que era un tema de cortes de agua de la alcaldía pero lo cierto es que en cuanto se lo dijimos activo una "bomba" para que llegara el agua pero después volvieron a cortarla, o sea toda la noche sin tirar del agua del wc....un olor. La bisagra de la puerta estaba tan oxidada que el viento al mover la puerta chiquereaba como un castillo viejo imposible dormir del ruido. Además de los perros, gatos y el ruido de la carretera que esta al lado y es un horror. No había ni una sola mesita donde poner nada, ni celular ni nada, ni enchufes. La TV no funcionaba solo si ponías tu cuenta de netflix o lo que sea que tampoco te funciona en otro país. Había una especia de zona para dejar algo de ropa (no un armario con puertas) sino unos huecos llenos de mugre y una parte donde colgar la ropa, que por supuesto no había ni una sola percha, encima estaba dentro del baño por lo que toda la ropa cada vez que ibas a usarla estaba húmeda. Vimos un establecimiento muy dejado, el personal amable pero poco recomendable quedarse aquí, preferimos pagar otro alojamiento a pesar de que este ya estaba pagado y tampoco permitían cancelar, a pesar de que no estaba habitable.

nada que ver el lugar con las fotos que suben a Expedia, desayuno todos los días, huevo sanwich y cafe no tiene restaurant y no hay nada cerca ni un super nada el seguno dia por la mañana no había agua ni luz, una cama con base de cemento mega alta y una habitación sumamente pequeña nos quejamos al segundo día y nos movieron de habitacion

Equipe super prestativa e educada. O problema é com a própria acomodação. Não há janela para a parte externa do quarto, o que o deixa extremamente abafado e sem ventilação. Estava limpo, mas muito simples. Instalações um tanto quanto precárias. Café da manhã simples, mas bem feito. Não muito bem localizado, sendo uma região sem grande movimentação durante a noite, deixando a o local ermo.
