Poolside, south facing bungalow with roof terrace

This charming bungalow located on the popular Albatros 3 complex close to the beaches of the Mar Menor in Mar de Cristal. The complex has beautiful landscaped gardens around the centre of the complex and pool area. The bungalow has 2 good size bedrooms with family bathroom. It has a very well equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and utility area. The back patio area has direct access to the pool from its south facing patio area and there are steps to the private roof solarium which receives sun all day. The property offers free internet access.
Mar de Cristal offers a small supermarket, tennis centre, sailing school and some bars and restaurants

ENTORNO EN GENERAL EL PROPIETARIO PODRÍA MEJORAR LA CAMA DE MATRIMONIO, QUE NO ESTA EN SINTONIA CON EL ESFUERZO, SE APRECIA, SE HA HECHO EN EL RESTO DE SU CASA. UN APARCAMIENTO, NO HUBIERA ESTADO DE MÁS.

Das Haus war schön

Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten war alles bestens. Ein staubsauger wäre schön gewesen. Bei drei Wochen Aufenthalt will man ab und zu mal sauber machen. Bei der Dusche läuft Wasser raus, da fehlt eine leiste beim Eingang. Und ordentliche Töpfe und Pfannen wären super.

Outside space Furniture very tired crockery and cutlery very old, pots and pans not adequate, no change of sheets on main bed. We had to buy more coat hangers, which we left there.

Piscinas y jardines muy bonitos y agradables , todo muy bien cuidado Terraza muy agradable. La casa con olor a humedad y no muy limpia, pedimos que nos la limpiaran mejor y volvieron a limpiarla, pero la casa seguía sin estar limpia del todo. :-( La limpieza a fondo, sin rincones, el water seguía sucio después de limpiarlo y el olor a humedad era muy fuerte El sofá estaba muy desgastado por el uso
