Located in the El Pinar community on La Manga Club.
La Manga Club is a gated residential resort and has it all to offer from a variety of bars and restaurants to all amenities including pharmacies, supermarkets, gym and leisure areas, tennis courts, and plenty of golf courses. Only a short 10-minute drive to some of the most beautiful beaches in the Murcia Region, a 20-minute drive to Cartagena City, and a 40-minute drive to the nearest airport.
Guests are welcome to access all areas of the apartment, external areas like pools as well as the facilities of the club.
The apartment has open-plan living and dining space that leads out to a small terrace overlooking the sunny communal pool. The large glass patio doors allow a lot of natural light creating a bright and airy living space. There is a fully fitted kitchen including all white goods such as oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, etc, the kitchen leads to a larger private terrace with a summer kitchen and bbq area, ideal for outdoor dining and enjoying the warm Spanish climate. The hall leads to two spacious bedrooms, one with a fully fitted ensuite and there is also another family bathroom.
There are 2 bedrooms. One is a King size bed that can be two singles, there is 1 twin bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge to accommodate a total of 6 guests by request.

You will have access to communal areas including a large communal pool and garden area. Also, this property is fitted with air-conditioning throughout

Super apartment, great location, plenty of room
Super communications from the management company including directions, arrival information, mid stay check up and final exit procedures. Apartment is a generous two bedroom, two bathroom apartment comfortably furnished. Two outdoor spaces - one pool side for afternoon sun and one at the opposite side of the property offering a large private space. Couple of niggles - shutters broken on windows, some kitchen drawers needing replaced and a little damage here and there. None of these spolit our stay but should be attended too. Not too far to walk to supermarket, shops, bars/restaurants etc but be advised it is a steep walk back to the apartment. We would stay again.
