"We both had such an amazing time staying at this property, right in the centre of the town, quiet location too. The house had everything you needed beautiful decor. David the host was fab answered any questions you had really quickly, nothing to much trouble. Can't wait to stay here again. "

"Pasamos un fin de semana donde nos coincidió con el belén viviente y recomiendo visitar el pueblo, estaba súper bonito y puedes ir andando desde la casa, quizás la subida es algo más cansada por la cuesta pero igualmente se hace, en la casa lo único que ecahmos de menos es algo más de calefacción, excepto la chimenea del salón, en el resto de habitaciones se pasa frio en invierno, hay una chimenea en el salón de arriba pero no se podía poner. El lugar nos encantó, sin duda para repetir"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our week in El Gastor. The house was as pictured, though unfortunately it was unseasonably cold so we could not use the pool. Instead, we got to enjoy a fire most nights! The view across the valley is gorgeous, and the mountain peak just behind the house is also beautiful. We visited Olvera, Grazalema, Zahara, Setinil de las Bodegas, and Ronda; all nearby and easily accessible by car. We rented bikes in Olvera and cycled the Via Verde, and we hiked to the dolmen just up...

"La casa preciosa y limpia. José Miguel nos facilitó bastante información sobre la zona. A mejorar, la puerta de entrada, la del patio y la ventana de la escalera, pues entra mucho frío y no se mantiene el calor de la chimenea. También debería cambiar la grifería del lavabo. Por lo demás, pasamos un buen fin de semana a pesar del apagón general eléctrico que hubo en toda la zona el sábado por la noche,"

"The villa is spacious, comfortable, basic accomodation but well equiped and with a lovely private pool and garden to relax in. Plenty of private parking and a nice oputdoor eating area just outside the kitchen. The location is quiet with other similar villas along the access lane but apart from a few other people we didn't see or hear them at all. There are chickens and roosters nearby though who crow randomly and quite a few dogs barking and howling at times, although we didn't see them....

"Village agréable. Les informations de l’annonce ne mentionnent pas que l’appartement est situé au milieu de 3 bars situés dans les 20m. Musique et fiesta jusqu’à 2h du matin pendant 4 nuits. L’appartement est d’un autre âge, et l’isolation acoustique est inexistante. L’annonce très imprécise concerne 2 appartements, et nous pensions avoir une terrasse vu les images. Ne pas oublier ses bouchons d’oreille performants."

The apartment was, without exception, one of the nicest we have stayed in in Spain. It was spotlessly clean, well-equipped and comfortable.
