It is true the place needs some work , our en-suite shower was inoperative as the shower tray needs repair The kettle needs changing , the surge can trip the electricity . "House was spacious and pool was good - although it would have benefitted from steps rather than a ladder. Much of the grounds and the house itself needs some money spent - like so many rental properties owners are happy to take the money but not to spend it updating their property. As an example the TV was probably 20 years old. The cutlery was similarly old. The pillows provided were pretty grim. All little things but they do impact on enjoyment. Access to the property was by quite a few steps...
