"This place is awesome! The Old Market neighborhood is cool, the building is discreet and very safe. The many, big windows looking over the street give this loft a ton of natural light and a really cool vibe. We had some issues checking in (not Andrew’s fault) but he solved our problem quickly and got us in. Communication was fantastic. Highly recommended."

"I was there working in Council Bluff just across the river. The inside of the apt was fabulous! Check in was easy/ as well as checj out. All instructions were emailed and texted to me before my arrival. Overall, very nice and hostess was easy to communicate with. Kyle"

"This apartment was exactly as listed and by far the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in. It is very cute - small, but cozy and exactly as pictured. The beds and couches were so comfortable. They even had guest sheets of recommended things to do and places to eat. The hosts were very kind and accommodating. We only had one bad experience that I wish I didn’t have to mention and I hope is just a fluke, but we had an early morning (5am) and my daughter said she felt someone following her while...

"I would have given 5 stars down the board, but I attribute lack of response to my questions to the third party booking. We also stayed for a weekend and Saturday night was difficult to fall asleep for the person sleeping on the sleeper sofa. The place itself was perfect as were the amenities. Overall, we had an incredible stay & even w/ the bars & partying below, we never felt unsafe. I would gladly stay here again!"

"The Carter Lake house was the perfect setting for our family gathering. We had a double celebration - a college graduation and Mother's Day. The diversity of activities and comforts of the home were impressive. We spent time outside on the lake with the kayaks, in the nicely kept back yard playing cornhole, and enjoyed the fire pit under the stars. Inside, we played games in the cozy living room, cooked together in the lovely kitchen, and just enjoyed each other's company throughout the house....
