Adorable Cottage Style Home near Lakepoint/ Lake Allatoona & Hospital

This cute home has the privacy and feel of the country yet is only 1mile from interstate I-75. Less than 10 minutes to Piedmont Hospital and numerous attractions. The convenience can't be beat. Ask about our free local park pass!

Enjoy the relaxation of the three fourths wrap around deck. Outdoor table and chairs face a wooded backyard. On cool nights you can enjoy a small fire in the chimenea.

The kitchen and breakfast area are an open design that leads to a comfy living room. The master bedroom has its own full bathroom with a garden tub.

There is a finished basement available for storage, a small ping pong table and laundry room. There is a 2 Car Garage with another entrance to the home. Great to have on a rainy day.
