"Overall, we had a pleasant time. Great location. However, Front desk is so busy all the time with herds of people coming in and it’s hard to get quick service. Hotel is beautiful but food is very mediocre from breakfast buffet to the dinner that is pretty pricey. Wine is very expensive there. The highlight of the hotel was the swimming pool and it’s so nice that they close at 9pm."

"First, high quality bed and bedding, so restful. Second, new hotel, very clean, smartly decorated, great views of mountains from my balcony, excellent room spaces and bathroom. Third, excellent location, away from the continuous construction noise (pollution, congestion, chaos) closer to city center. If noise bothers you at 6 am, choose this location. Fourth, great manager/staff. Daily room service was excellent and morning breakfasts were a real bonus (comes with your reservation). Fifth, Abe is a fabulous source of information about food, massage parlors, and other cultural hot spots. Also, Abe is a great science advisor, ask him for a quick science lesson!! You can’t go wrong staying here (also, very close to Fansipan). Thank you D’Mont for a great experience!"
