"This is by far my favorite vacay yet. We will definitely be back. I definitely over packed. Not knowing what exactly I would need. But there's plenty of kitchen stuff. Dishes. Cookware. There were plenty of towels and beach towels. The view is amazing. The house is amazing. I do need to add that there no jetted tub. It has been updateupgraded to a beautiful walk-in shower. I just loved this place so much. beautiful wal Silverware. "

"We enjoyed our stay- thanks for providing plenty of towels. The shower drain in the downstairs bathroom was completely plugged upon our arrival. We bought Draino and tried to unplug it but it still remains restricted. This made the shower basically unusable which was challenge for 5 adults in the house. Bathroom mirror in upstairs bathroom is so dark I couldn’t see to put on my make up. Additional lighting definitely needed as well as some type of table and a nightstand in upstairs bedroom....

"Property was exactly how listing described. The separate bunk house was a hit with the kids. House came stocked with lots of blankets, kitchen items and games. Really, the only issue we had was the lack of cell phone service or Wi-Fi. Everything else was amazing and well suited for guests."

"What a great home. The boat dock was very good. Large and safe for any boat. Nice walkway to the water as well. Well equiped for all ages. Even when raining we had fun! The only issue is towing a boat with a tall tower on the small roads. Thats why one less star for location. Go straight to launch ramp about 1/4 mile north of property. We parked and locked our trailer at the ramp and drove back to the house. No way a trailer will make it to the home."

"The lake facing patio was our favorite place on the property; it felt private and the view was gorgeous. We used the grill and hot tub without issues. There were plenty of towels under the bathroom sink for everyone, and a washer and dryer was available as well. The firepit is also a nice touch in the front of the property. My only advice to future visitors is that I would say unless you use the downstairs couch, only 4 people can truly stay here comfortably- not 6. While there is a kitchen,...

"We enjoyed the cabin for two families of four. The man cave was a great place to relax at night. For us, the outdoor area was great including the fire pit, grill, canoe and an area for fishing. We initially thought we could maybe swim off of our deck, but the water had quite a bit of trash and debris so we went us the road to the beach as an alternative. The owner Hank was responsive to our needs and suggestions. We made some great memories and enjoyed the cabin!"

"Great location close to town but very quiet once you are at the house. The kitchen was well furnished with pots, pans, and cleaning supplies. We caught several fish but it is hard to get into the water so most of the fishing was done from the bank. The sectioned off fenced yard was great. Thank you for sharing your house with us! "

"Two Big Issues. The driveway is in need of repair and is difficult to navigate because of a large pothole in the middle of a steep incline. Especially for the elderly. Also there were a good many ants that were in the house. I saw where they had been treated so most were dead but we had to vacuum all of them up for 30 min or so. It wouldn’t have been that bad but they were in the bed too. The house was nice overall but just needs a little TLC. We did reach out to the host about the ants but...

"Nice condo. Clean with convenient amenities. #1 aggravation was they only furnish thru streaming. No way to watch regular channels. Ie: Couldn’t watch Vols game or any other SEC football. They need to mention in their description that you must bring a fire stick to watch regular live TV. Had some concerns about the patio being unclean but they responded immediately & sent housekeeping. Nice place to stay, great accessibility to Market Square & Gay Street. Just OK for the price. "
