"Please don't let my review title let you think that this casita is Spartan - it isn't! Just the right size, nicely appointed with everything we needed to cook most our meals when not out running around having adventures. The place was clean, had great airflow (especially when you open the windows over the couch) and the double front doors let in all the ocean sounds and a steady sea breeze. Luis was a fantastic host, quick to book, reply with updates when I messaged him (usually well within an hour!) and checked in with us via the app during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed - all while not being intrusive. We'll definitely be back. Under 20 minutes to Rincon for dinner and under 30 minutes to CrashBoat, and the outdoor kitchen area and pool was clean, never crowded and always easy. The locked gate reduced worries about walk-throughs but the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a weekend (or week) away in a liw-stress, easy and simple beach house. If it was our own, we'd have set it up exactly the same way "
