"Liked the convenience and location. Room nicely cleaned and serviced. Staff excellent, especially Luigi at Reception who helped us. Breakfast was acceptable but we really appreciated the provision of yoghurt and boiled eggs. No laundry in the neighborhood other than the super expensive hotel service."

"Dreamy 2 bedroom ,2 bathroom apartment with an upstairs kitchenette and balcony. Everything is well thought out, from wine glasses and napkins to heated towel racks in the bathrooms. We felt lucky to have discovered this gem of an apartment , located within cozy little Locorotondo, with a view of the Itrea Valley. Breakfast buffet was hearty and delicious. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Highly , highly recommended ! "

"It was a lovely experience staying at this hotel. All the staff we encountered are so helpful and professional and what's more, it's prompt service with a smile. The room has all the functional amenities and is spotlessly clean. It was nice that we could have our own temperature control with the AC. The breakfast room was tastefully decorated. It was so nice to have a cup of tea from a china teacup. Very good continental breakfast. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"The rooms we stayed in are Trulli - but modern, comfortable, spacious. Isabella and her son, Guiseppi are very friendly and helpful. The bed is firm and comfortable, the shower is hot and strong. Breakfast is great and varied. The small in room kitchen is adequate for cooking an evening meal, which we did. The grounds are spacious, the rooftop area gives a great view of the 'Old Town' late in the afternoon and there's a BBQ + pool. The road beside the block carries a bit of traffic but that dies down in the later evening and the rooms are soundproofed. Locorotondo is a great place to visit the local area and attractions."

"The Best Western in Massafra is a beautiful facility as it has only been open for a few months and everything is well cared for and gorgeous. I spent several hours working in the lobby area and found a nice little place to call home to get some serious work done.It also helped that there was a cappuccino bar with yummy pastries, and in the evening a bar for your first drink. The staff are amazing, courteous, and kind, and very attentive to your needs. From the moment you set foot into the hotel to the time you leave you feel as though you’re at home.. "

"From the moment we walked in the door Alessandro and staff made us feel wonderfully welcome. Romano was there with a welcome drink, Federica with a hand massage…fantastico. The property was absolutely stunning and well maintained. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite and the daily breakfast was rich with both international hot options and local classics-served in a beautiful dining room leading out to the gardens-by a friendly and efficient staff member. We didn’t get her name unfortunately. The two front desk staff were also very helpful. The pictures and description of this Villa do not do the place justice. Highly recommended."
