Cute home

We enjoyed our stay here and it felt like home. Big backyard was perfect for my granddaughter and dogs to run around in and plenty of seating for the adults. Great stay and the host was wonderful as well.

Great Spot For Work Base

Myself and some employees stayed here while doing some work is Casa Grande. The host was very responsive and informative. Would definitely stay again.

Nice older place

This place is well cared for. An older home it was a joy to stay in. Well stocked and a safe pretty quiet neighborhood close enough to downtown. Will stay here again. Host was very kind and quick to respond.

HOUSE 5 STARS - EXCELLENT! NEIGHBORHOOD 3 STARS

The house was VERY CLEAN and so cute! It had everything you could need and more. The kitchen is so cute with a little coffee bar and nook that looked out into the backyard. The house is an older house, but the owner has done a great job at updating it and making it so bright and fun. The beds were all comfortable and it was nice to have two bathrooms. The ONLY negative on this property is the neighborhood. The neighbors had a ton of junk in the yard and about 6 cars in the driveway and on the lawn. But other than that, this house was great for my family!!

Great place to stay in Casa Grande

We had a wonderful stay at the Mint. The place was perfect for us. All modern interior. 5-stars for water pressure, temperature, and shower head height (good for me at 6 ft and my wife at 5 ft!). The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were new and very comfortable. My wife enjoyed reading in the breakfast nook. Overall an excellent place to stay. We would stay there again.

We absolutely loved this property! It was clean, spacious & EXACTLY what we were looking for. Tiffany is the best! We came in early & she bent over backwards to accommodate us!!! She was on top of any & all communications that we had. We will absolutely be back!!!

Patience Convention of Jehovah's Witnesses

We were congregation members staying together for the first time. Went very well. 6 adults and 4 dogs- kind of amazing. The park nearby was wonderful for walking the dogs. Did have to adjust the yard for the escape artist dog, and forgot to put all back in place. We did have two older women staying with us. I'd like to suggest grab bars in bathtub and shower. I would also suggest smoke alarms. I give this property an excellent rating. It is a lovely, well appointed older home. Clean. Host is beyond superb.

The neighborhood was shoddy,as were all outdoor areas.The entire place is very cheaply done and desperately needs a thorough clean,paint,and repair work to make it acceptable.The windows were so filthy that we drew the drapes so as not to look through them. The living room furniture is very uncomfortable for 4 people,and needs major steam cleaning as well as the rugs.The dining table and chairs are like lawn chairs and uncomfortable, the plates are plastic,the coffee pot hadn’t been washed,and the snacks provided were outdated .The beds are rickety with cheap bedding .The place smells heavily of dogs and their presence and damage is obvious on baseboards,doors and corners. But the worst part yet was that we had 4 adults there and BOTH mornings there was only hot water in one of the showers.We contacted the hostess and she had a house cleaning lady come by to look…?….,but the hot water tank and hoses to circulate water all need to be replaced ! So there is no hot water in the second bathroom or kitchen until very late in the day. ….not sure why it worked then,but didn’t again in the morning ! Our friends got a shower at 4 yesterday. There was no comfort level that a person would want to spend any time at all there. I discourage people from booking here.

The property itsself was fine. Bedrooms , bathrooms and kitchen newly renovated. The backyard was a working progress and the living room and dining area seemed thrown together. The neighbors had junk vehicles in the driveway, and many stray cats roamed the backyard fence. I personally saw 5 different cats in the 2 days I was there. I am not a big fan of cats. The house was clean and well stocked. Would be a 9/10 in a different area

Great home base

My family of five felt safe and comfortable. Plenty of space for all of us. The kids enjoyed playing in the backyard. Thank you for having a step stool available for our little ones to wash their hands at the bathroom sink. Neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We were conveniently located between Tucson and Phoenix for a lot of exploration. Plus Casa Grande had stores and restaurants for all of our needs.

Nice little house!

Everything was very clean and organized! Thought the neighborhood seemed a little sketchy but was very quiet. The only problem was the two ceiling fans in main area-couldn’t get either to work. But the property owner was super helpful and very responsive!

Visit to Casa Grande

Neighborhood was a little bit sketchy. Had to contact the owner as we were given the wrong code for the door. She responded right away, which we appreciated.Everything inside the home was clean and we had plenty of table service. With the concern now with plastics, the pans should be changed out because the ones that were a available the Teflon surface was scratched.Everything inside the home was very clean with the exception of the baseboards. Never could get the TV to work even with additional help from the homeowner. I feel this is probably because we were not familiar with Roku.

Great Work Base Station

Second time staying at this property. Such a nice place and great host that always communicates promptly. Here for work and might need one more trip. If so this is our spot.
