"The property itself was clean and nicely kept up. However there is no private beach as advertised, and no restaurants or bars. The area around the property, and the path to the public beach were full of garbage and disgusting!"

Overall, the experience of staying at Monart was enjoyable, with snacks in the main area and great recommendations by the host. "I had a relaxing stay. I was in the area for work, the hotel had everything I needed. The restaurant was ok, I had the meat tasting and it was average. Otherwise the hotel is adequate. The staff was very friendly and helpful the pool area was nice as was the dining area. The bathroom in the room was great, nice large rain tree shower, very clean."

"A worst experience of staying in my travel... the place was renovated from an dilapidated old house probably decades or hundreds years old (actually half of the building still in dilapidation state, the other half repaited in white to fool tourists) and they put me to the underground basement unit with no window only hearing street noise and next door conversation like next to you... worse still, because this is from old old house repainted, the bathroom was in a cave in the old house basement...

"Do not stay - very bad air quality and smells of toxins! We actually did not stay at this property longer than 30 minutes on our first reservation, we had to walk out after we arrived at the property (on another booking made through a separate platform a few days before) and found the property to be unsafe and unfit. There was construction going on and whether it was that or from an ongoing problem we don't know - but as soon as we arrived into the building two of us immediately had burning...
