"Die Anreise war problemlos, da der Besitzer Massimo schon vorab den Standort geschickt hat, außerdem gibt er während des Aufenthalts immer wieder Tipps für Ausflüge. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen und uns alles wissenswerte über das Haus erklärt. Das Haus und der Garten ist super, wir und unser Hund haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. "Sehr schönes Haus in traumhaft ruhiger Lage mit tollem Ausblick. Wenn es dunkel wird kann man Glühwürmchen beobachten. Wir fanden, dass das Badezimmer super ausgestattet war, genug Ablagemöglichkeiten hatte und die Dusche war toll!!!!Der Empfang durch die Vermieter lief überwiegend mit dem Google-Translater, hat aber super funktioniert.Die Küche ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Wir waren darauf eingestellt ein Haus wie in Dänemark zu übernehmen und so war es auch. Wir hatten Toilettenpapier dabei,...

Beautiful views from the terrace facing onto the sunset every evening! The pool and beach facilities at the hotel were also great, for both us and our kids (age 11 and 8). The property was also well equipped with everything we needed. We had an absolutely fantastic holiday and would love to come back...

"If you want to experience authentic Italy, add an olive farm. This is your place… It is very clean. Quite a drive to get there, make sure you do your grocery shopping prior to arriving. There is nowhere to purchase anything nearby. It is a 20 minute drive. The host mother and son are very lovely people. They do not speak any English however they are excellent with Google translate."

"The property itself is beautiful and provides expensive views of the sea. However, within five minutes of our arrival, we were asked if we needed towels )um, yes?). We were then charged 10 euro for a few threadbare towels. The screens were taped together and ineffective against mosquitoes. We were told not to drink the tapwater at the cottage and not even one small bottle of water was provided to hold us over until we could get back to town. The house ist beautiful, decorated with great taste and high quality, the view is simply amazing and the location could not be more excellent and peaceful. We loved the beach club just a short walk from the house, the hotel with its excellent drinks and food a mere 3 minutes walk from the house. Mariolina, the homeowner, is most welcoming, very responsive and attended to...

"We stayed in this villa for 14 nights. For the first 3 days we had huge issues with the electrical system, which is very old. This caused frequent an lengthy outages, which means no air conditioning or electrical fans…The villa is nice but it has not been renovated, and it is basically falling into pieces, which is a shame given the nice location."

"Everything went so smoothly, from allowing us to check in early since our cabin was ready, to no extra charges or resort fees for the beach loungers and umbrella, to a fully functional kitchen, to a commanding view of the Mediterranean from our front balcony, everything was as good or better than advertised. The property is beautifully landscaped, well-maintained, stepping up a hill with gorgeous views of the Mediterranean Sea. After a busy 6-week European travel schedule, this was the perfect antidote to just relax, rest, soak up some sun, and enjoy the natural beauty of the Italian coast. Extra benefits of having a small and well -stocked grocery and convenience store onsite with reasonable prices near the beautiful pool area, were an extra bonus we appreciated. Unlike similar camping resorts in America, the fellow guests were considerate of others, quiet with no loud music, and well-behaved children...all who seemed to be having a wonderful time. I didn't even know places like this exist... great amenities at such a reasonable price. We miss it and want to return!"
