Stay at Hotel Elma
We had a brilliant stay. The room was spacious and very clean. The spa was great especially the thermal pool. The swimming pool area was immaculate with stunning views. The staff were very accommodating. Cassimocolla was a lovely small promenade with some really nice restaurants and bars. Overall a great stay

La struttura è molto bella, in particolare molte aree comuni hanno una splendida vista sul mare. Tutto il personale è stato gentile e accogliente, anche se si percepiva che non fosse adeguatamente attrezzato. La nostra camera era grande e panoramica, adatta ad ospitare comodamente 3 persone. Le dotazioni in camera erano del tutto inadeguate, dal kit di benvenuto (anche con riferimento alla qualità dei saponi, che abbiamo dovuto ricomprare) alla biancheria (insufficiente e usurata, inoltre non è mai stata cambiata). La coloazione, seppur abbondante, era di qualità bassa se non scadente, e molto poco variegata. In generale, è questo è uno dei problemi principali, vi è un grosso problema di pulizia sia della stanza che delle aree comuni. In definitiva il livello del servizio non è assolutamente da 4 stelle. Ci auguriamo che il personale venga adeguatamente attrezzato per migliorare il servizio, visto che di base la struttura è veramente bella.

propre et kitch, plutôt familial
rapport qualité prix décevant mais pendant la haute saison...tout se paye trop cher. Personnel très à l'écoute. Les constructions et le mobiliers ne sont pas agréables néanmoins la propreté est au rdv. Problème avec l'heure limite du petit dej...9h30 et du check out 10h...pendant l'été où 100% des clients sont des touristes, cela paraît bien excessif.
