"Overall the hotel was ok. Unfortunately the loud noise and doors banging from some guests (sport team or similar) which lasted until around 12am didn’t bother any of the hotel’s employee but we couldn’t sleep until 12am. And the sport team woke up around 5am which made us wake up the same time. The ventilation in the room we stayed in was off and the luck of fresh air made us open the window over night. The room was clean and modern, towels were clean but with a strong smell of vinegar. Breakfast had plenty of options. "

The starched brilliant white hand towels are old world luxury in a hotel with a great Italian classic feel and old world charm. The receptionist was wonderful and obviously enjoys her job. She gives you a great feel for her town. We loved our stay at Hotel Cavour. "
