The complex is secure and gated. It is close to some quality golf courses and is only a 20 minute walk to the beach. The apartment offers Hot and Cold vented Air Conditioning and free WIFI

This penthouse apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible by stairs. The apartment is arranged over 2 floor, the living space and a large roof terrace. The living areas consist of a lounge/diner, opening out onto terrace equipped with table and chairs for al-fresco dining. Follow the steps up to the roof terrace, when you can enjoy the lounge seating area, sunbeds and BBQ. The views from the terraces are over the urbanization to the mountains. Nice apartment,excellent location in relation to golfcourses.Large roofterrace but not nice to be there when there is wind. We think that in summertime this apartment is a great choice,either for us in wintertime a little bit to cold, no sun on the terrace of the living room.- had te clean remote control tele, very dirty- missed instructions for the tele, only a few channels- scale in the waterkettle, you can yous some vinigar to clean it- mold in the detergent dispencer of de washingmachine

Disfrute mucho mi estancia en este apartamento en Casares del Sol. El apartamento es muy cómodo, estaba todo muy limpio cuando llegue, y esta en una urbanización muy tranquila y agradable.Con mucho gusto regresaría.
