**Failure to leave the one set of keys in the apartment on the dining table upon check out and one key set in the black lockbox, you can be subject to the following fees:
-Lost one set of keys = €20.85 + errand fee of €20
-Lost garage remote = €36 for a new remote
-Left key inside the back of the door at any stage of your stay = €180 for a locksmith to drill out the lock and change the lock.
